Booths
Booth Fee: $650 thru Oct 9,$695 after October 9. Government/Non-Profit Booths: $450 thru Oct 9, $495 after October 9. Includes a 10’ deep x 10’ wide booth space and 8’ high back drape, 3’ side drape. It also includes one 6’ x 24” covered table, two chairs, 2 Luncheon tickets, Pre-Scheduled MatchMaking Meetings, 7” x 44” identification sign, 2 attendee registrations and access to the On-Line Event E-Directory
Furniture and Carpeting
Furniture not included with your booth and other extras may be ordered from the decorator. Forms are available in the exhibitor kit. The exhibit floor IS CARPETED.
Move In
Move-in is Wednesday, November 11 from 2-6pm or Thursday, November 12 from 6-7:30am.
Exhibitors must move in through the Charles Street loading dock. No larger items will be allowed through the front doors. Access to the Baltimore Convention Center Loading Dock area (for move-in and move-out) is located off of Pratt Street and traveling through the Center's Pratt Street service drive. Continue on the service drive which veers to the right and places you on Charles Street. The Entrance to the loading dock area will be on the right (located between the Center and Sheraton Hotel) at the security gate.
