Several Ways to Register!

  1. Secure Online Registration - ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. You may now register on site at the Baltimore Convention Center beginning at 7:00 a.m. on November 12, 2009.
  2. Download and print this form and fax or mail it to ShoWorks Inc.
  3. Call ShoWorks, Inc. at 509-838-8755

Payment is required in full (except Government agencies requiring a purchase order) to register and be eligible for the early registration fees. ShoWorks will assign exhibit space.

Registration Cost

Early Bird: $150.00 per person by October 09, 2009
Standard Registration: $185.00 per person through November 07, 2009
On-Site Registration: $225.00 per person after November 07, 2009

Registration includes access to the On-Line Event E-Directory, admission to all educational sessions, networking opportunities within the trade fair, continental breakfast and lunch (SUBTRACT $25 from attendee registration IF YOU DO NOT WANT LUNCH INCLUDED) and the opportunity for scheduled meetings with purchasing agencies and prime contractors. Payment must be made in full (excluding government agencies) to be eligible for the early rates.

Exhibitor Fee

Government and Non-Profit Agencies: $450 thru October 9, $495 after October 9.
Businesses/Corporate: $$650 thru October 9, $695 after October 9.

Fee includes a 8' x 10' booth space and 8' high back drape, 3' side drape, one 6' x 24' covered table, two chairs, 2 luncheon tickets, a 7' x 44' identification sign, admission to all sessions for booth personnel and access to the On-Line Event Guide. It also includes MatchMaking Meetings. Early registrants schedule first. Electrical and Internet access charges are additional. MatchMaking Tables and Resource Tables include 1 lunch.

Cancellations

Cancellations, if received in writing, will be accepted until October 09, 2009, with a full refund minus 30% handling fee. No refunds will be granted after October 09, 2009. Name substitutions will be accepted at any time.
