I did want to tell you that I was very impressed by the way you handled my problem this morning. In our Customer Service classes, we teach that screwing up is not necessaritly a bad thing. It often provides opportunities to impress customers with your thoughtfulness and competnce that otherwise would simply be taken for granted. Thanks again -- and don't ever change a thing that you do!
